The job description and duties of the Accountant include, but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain accounts receivable including invoicing, cash applications, collections, and making bank deposits for multiple entities
• Prepare payroll, calculate and initiate related payroll tax payments and filings
• Process invoices for payment by ensuring bills are accurate, properly approved and paid in a timely manner
• Assist in general ledger accounting for multiple entities
• Research and resolve discrepancies that arise regarding accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Assist with budgeting processes and maintenance
• Perform financial variance analysis and reporting
• Assist with monitoring cash balances and cash flows
• Assist with financial statement preparation for 4 entities and related parties
• Prepare external and internal financial reports
• Maintain record keeping systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
